• Provide accurate and complete information during the application process
• Operate a legitimate business that complies with applicable laws

3. Account Application

All merchant account applications are subject to approval. We reserve the right to decline any application at our sole discretion. Approval is contingent upon verification of your business information and compliance with our underwriting requirements.

4. Fees and Payments

You agree to pay all fees associated with your merchant account as outlined in your merchant agreement. Fees may include processing rates, monthly fees, setup fees, and other charges. We reserve the right to modify fees with reasonable notice.

5. Prohibited Activities

You may not use our services for:

• Illegal activities or transactions
• Fraudulent transactions
• Money laundering
• Selling prohibited products or services
• Any activity that violates card network rules

6. Chargebacks and Disputes

You are responsible for managing chargebacks and disputes related to your transactions. Excessive chargebacks may result in account review, reserve requirements, or termination of services.

7. Data Security

You agree to maintain PCI-DSS compliance and implement appropriate security measures to protect cardholder data. Failure to maintain compliance may result in fines or termination of services.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HighRiskPro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless HighRiskPro, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these Terms.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement with written notice as specified in your merchant agreement. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services immediately for violations of these Terms or suspicious activity.

11. Modifications

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
